Engine v. EN-GEN

The Engine is a device of man that has been around for quite some Time now in a wide variety of configurations, all of which have in common the necessity of consuming fuel continuously, converting the fuel to Heat energy, then to Kinetic/Mechanical energy to do useful work for man. We use them in cars, trucks, trains, airplanes, ships, as prime movers.

One of many sad facts about internal combustion engines is that most engines retain an average efficiency of about 18%-20% even with all the high tech-NO-LOGIC gadgetry we continue to add to them. Sad “efficiency” to say the least, but that is the way it is.

Inefficiency of 80%-82% after 100 plus years of so-called design development and professional “engineering” should make it crystal clear something we are doing is terribly wrong in “this reality”. Keep in mind that is only looking at the fuel input to work output waste of the engine itself. The true return on investment is far lower if one considers all the other True costs involved.

Continuing to use internal combustion engines is throwing your good work/energy/money after bad.  Imagine yourself physically working for 1000.00 and putting it into “fuel” you now know 800.00 of which is lost/burnt without getting anything back for it, other than a further polluted world to go to work in tomorrow to do the same thing over again, hoping to get ahead. That is exactly what we are doing, it is textbook insanity.

We use internal combustion engines for everything imaginable all of which we think are supposed to and going to make our life better and our work faster and easier, thus more “profitable” when the exact opposite is True. Internal combustion engines and the “fuel” they consume make us CON-sumers living in denial of reality as “workers”, debt slaves to a machine that is sucking the life force out of each of us over Time and Oh so “Economically”.  

For now engines are all we know and the way it is, but one would be wise to consider looking into the reality that ALL MACHINES EVENTUALLY FAIL, they either wear out and need repair or replacement. Else they explode resulting in catastrophic failure.

In life and business, just like engines timing of events is important. If the timing is wrong the events do not occur in Time to all the different things that make up the machine, and make it run and operate efficiently during that instant in Time. Continued mistiming over Time causes other problems.

Let’s face reality, currently the economic machine of today is failing, our planet is polluted, no matter how much fuel we consume. That is a big problem!

Our problems are many and will only be solved by us, and only if we change the way we think and act. We are seeing that printing money is not working to fix the broken World “economy”. We are seeing Governments can offer no real solution. We are seeing there are societal changes afoot and not for the betterment of mankind. Humorously there have not appeared any Aliens to intervene and save us from ourselves. With 2012 having passed and now behind us I can think of no better Time than right now to show you what can be done right now to gradually shift away from the insanity we are presently living as CON-sumers of “fuel”, debt slaves working to “fuel” our machines, the very same corporate machines that enslave, kill and maim real people on this Prison Planet for profit.

EN-GEN

An EN-GEN is new technology based upon reality, Gen-E-Sys II learning, as well as many Time proven individual concepts using known science, physics, and mathematics as we all presently live with and accept as being correct.

EN-GEN technology is SUSTAINABLE TECHNOLOGY that can alter “this reality” to one of meaningful work and purpose for the benefit of all real people that seek to be FREE of the present machines we blindly support with our Voluntary Servitude without seeing the “Big Picture”.

A “new technology” for the fact it is based upon “OVER EFFICIENT DESIGN.” Which are new original thoughts about all I had learned in my Time of 40 years designing, building, selling, using, and maintaining machines of all kinds, including the control systems that ran them.

EN-GEN technology uses what we already know works and understand.  In some versions it functions almost identically to the internal combustion engine, in other versions it works like turbine engines, and in yet another it functions much like a windmill or waterwheel. Perhaps the single best common feature of this uncommon “new technology” is that it does not consume “fuel” as you presently understand it and work hard to buy.

EN-GEN technology is the combination of tried and true engine and generator technology of today that results in combustion free power plant's fueled by the Kinetic energy of Nature. Kinetic energy extracted from SOLID MATTER IN MOTION is converted to mechanical energy. The mechanical energy is amplified mechanically, transmitted and then used to place additional objects of SOLID MATTER IN MOTION developing additional Kinetic/mechanical energy beyond the original energy input. The increased energy is a designed amount that is then available for use powering a conventional electric power generator/alternator that provides output sufficient to power outside loads, including electric motors.

In reality it is not rocket science nor require one to be a genius however;

EN-GEN technology is a learned technology that you will not find being taught in books or universities. As such it requires no degree other than a degree of motivation to get off your own ass and take control of your own Time to learn it. Learn it to what ever level you decide can benefit you. As a learned skill the possibilities for work, employment, business and profit are virtually endless as this technology is now in the public domain and its use begins to emerge. Revival of existing manufacturing operations will occur naturally over time.

Other people and companies appear to have somewhat similar concepts but none give you the underlying technology or anything other than their machine, or sell you license to make them under their control, limiting you, making you beholden to them.

EN-GEN technology IS NOT chimerical PERPETUAL MOTION or OVERYUNITY delusion.  

EN-GEN technology DOES NOT violate existing law of any kind known to man, nor does it require making changes to any law. In reality it takes full advantage of what has been available to any one of us for over 100 years now.

In my 60 years in “this reality” I have been forced out of necessity to learn many different fields other people may never even be exposed to and learn them well in my struggle to be free. Learning what I have was painful and required much Time, work and hard earned cash. Gen-E-Sys II ~ Liberty EN-GEN technology represents nearly 3 million “dollars” of my work, my life, now non-existent life savings so to speak. Without effort to learn the underlying knowledge required to connect the dots and design such machines there can be no Liberty machines, no return of “Power to the People” and nothing will change.

This website is my attempt to help forever break the mold of business as usual. It is an effort to share basic information, several “Keys of Knowledge” for Free, to help you learn about how to access the Free energy of Nature and fulfil a promise I made of my own free will to do just that to the limits of my ability, pocketbook, and Time remaining in the “material World”.

Let’s THINK about what is happening

In a one cylinder four cycle engine there is one power stroke of only 180 degrees out of 720 degrees rotation before another power impulse. Each power impulse is high pressure and temperature gas expanding in an explosion displacing the piston away from top of stroke.

The crankshaft throw is a variable leverage LEVER. With the connecting rod acting as a link to the piston the assembly is able to convert reciprocating motion to rotary motion. In doing so the mass of the piston and connecting rod must be accelerated and decelerated to change direction 3 times out of every 4 strokes. Right there is a big clue as to the inefficiency of piston engines. Reciprocating motion itself accounts for 75% of the inefficiency, and other frictional losses only make it worse.

The impulse power of the power stroke is strong but very short in duration, especially when considering the crank shaft has to go around another 1.5 times before it will receive the next impulse. There is another clue. The impulse is transmitted through the piston, rod, and crank throw to become TORQUE.

A flywheel is used because a flywheel is able to be accelerated on RECEIVING TORQUE IMPULSES and in turn DEVELOPS KINETIC ENERGY WITHIN THE SOLID MATTER MASS to carry all the other moving parts of the engine through to the next power stroke or incoming TORQUE IMPULSE.

The flywheel acts in sequence as a receiver of Torque, a force to Mechanical energy converter, a developer of Kinetic energy having power, a storage medium of Kinetic energy having power, a transmitter of its DEVELOPED Kinetic energy within converted to Mechanical energy as load is applied. That a flywheel is able to do all these functions in one part without any other is the primary reason why the internal combustion engine ever worked at all.

The efficiency of a FLYWHEEL is very near UNITY to begin with. The only losses are to friction with air and that of bearings supporting its mass, which is negligible with today's ball or roller bearings.

A single cylinder four cycle engine will not operate without sufficient Kinetic energy present to carry it through 1.5 revolutions which include 180 degrees of compressing the cubic inch volume of air fuel mixture to reach the next power stroke.

Don’t believe me, try running one without its flywheel.

Internal combustion engines, all and any of them are a big part of what help us into becoming CON-sumers. Debt slaves to “energy corporations” and their greedy owners that have been quite effective in their maneuvering to be Masters of “this reality” and you.


Internal combustion engines need to be replaced with new technology.


That may sound like a wild claim but it is what EN-GEN technology can provide.


Is it not Time to get off the dependence on fossil fuels? Is it not Time to FREE yourself from the insanity?


EN-GEN technology:

Uses off the shelf electric motors and alternators/generators which are currently available with efficiencies as high as >94% and other tried and true mechanical and electrical devices also with similar efficiencies. So from the get go we are using machines that are known to work, are available and are in fact approximately 5 times as efficient as any internal combustion engine ever in production. The best part is they do not use fossil fuel or Nuclear fuel which alone is beneficial to everyone who plans to live and accepts the reality that they are never going to leave this planet for another.

Generating Power through Variable Speed


Cummins Generator Technologies have used their expertise in generator design and manufacture to bring you a new generation of axial flux bearing-free STAMFORD Permanent Magnet Alternators (PMA). Advantages of this development include a substantially smaller footprint by replacing the engine flywheel, high efficiency and use in either fixed or variable speed applications up to 3,200 RPM.

Working in conjunction with the STAMFORD Power Conditioning System (PCS) the packager can produce a full variable speed generating set to deliver high quality output power in a very compact package, providing benefits of significantly reduced overall size, weight and fuel consumption.

OK: There is a 94% efficient alternator so they are real and out there for you.

But notice the manufacturer speaks of “fuel consumption”. Only because they do not know about EN-GEN technology so far. Perhaps they won’t want to know because they are in the combustion engine business. (There are many other generator/alternator designs that can be used besides the unit show above for illustration purposes only)

Let’s get an efficient electric motor type: here is a Brushless DC motor

Some of the problems of the brushed DC motor are eliminated in the BLDC design.


In this motor, the mechanical "rotating switch" or commutator is replaced by an external electronic switch synchronised to the rotor's position.


BLDC motors are typically 85–90% efficient or more. Efficiency for a BLDC motor of up to 96.5% have been reported,[63]


OK: The PMS 120 7kW is a very efficient motor, they are real and out there for you.

(Whereas DC motors with brushgear are typically 75–80% efficient.)

The BLDC motor's characteristic trapezoidal back-emf waveform is derived partly from stator the stator windings being evenly distributed, partly from the placement of the rotor's PMs. Also known as electronically commutated DC or inside out DC motors, the stator windings of trapezoidal BLDC motors can be with single-phase, two-phase or three-phase and use Hall effect sensors mounted on their windings for rotor position sensing and crude, low cost closed-loop control of the electronic commutator.

BLDC motors are commonly used where precise speed control is necessary, they have several advantages over conventional motors:

Compared to small AC shaded-pole motors, they are very efficient, running much cooler than the equivalent AC motors. This cool operation leads to much-improved life of the bearings.

Without a commutator to wear out, the life of a BLDC motor can be significantly longer compared to a DC motor using brushes and a commutator. Commutation also tends to cause a great deal of electrical and RF noise; without a commutator or brushes, a BLDC motor may be used in electrically sensitive devices like audio equipment or computers.

The same Hall effect sensors that provide the commutation can also provide a convenient tachometer signal for closed-loop control (servo-controlled) applications as a speed feedback.

BLDC motors have no chance of sparking, unlike brushed motors. Also, sparking generates ozone which can accumulate in poorly ventilated buildings risking harm to occupants' health.

Modern BLDC motors range in power from a fraction of a watt to many kilowatts. Larger BLDC motors up to about 100 kW rating are used in electric vehicles. They also find significant use in high-performance electric model aircraft.

Most BLDC motors may also be used as PMAC generators requiring only a bridge rectifier to convert the AC voltage to DC very efficiently. Used in this manner they may also be connected to highly efficient (85 - 94%) inverters readily available for use either as “grid tied” or stand alone systems.

You now have factual evidence of available devices that are in fact far more efficient than internal combustion engines.

Now you are given additional Truth:

Conventional Alternators and Generators can use and require ONLY one thing: HORSEPOWER.  PERIOD!

Motors require and can use ONLY one thing: ELECTRICITY. PERIOD!

To be used in a self sustaining electro mechanical power plant the electric motor and the alternator or generator cannot be coupled mechanically together.

What must be in between them is what the new Gen-E-Sys II technology provides. “The mechanics in the middle” including a new Fourth class of Levers for man’s use in cleaning up his ACT and mess on this planet.
